What an honour to receive not just one, but two medals in the Insurance Business ‘Brokers on Underwriting Agencies’ Awards.
As travel and the new world of business settles into a rhythm, so has our team. The past year has been one of continual change and growth at AHI. We’ve restructured our teams and adjusted our strategy to better service our broker partners and their clients, and it would appear that Brokers approve of the changes.
Our Underwriting Service Centre will continue to leverage artificial intelligence and bots to ensure we can focus on sharing our expertise, an area where Brokers and Clients say it matters most.
Our Underwriting Representatives have been hard at work understanding broker businesses and how we can work with you to evolve your offering and grow your markets through our products.
As always, our Claims team continue to find ways to pay claims, as we maintain our rolling average of 98.02% of claims paid.
